EZpers was developed by Matt and Cindy Graham who started a PERS business from scratch.
They were shocked to discover that for each customer there were multiple places that data needed to be entered and maintained.
This proved to be very time consuming as well as an easy way to make mistakes.
When it came time to hire a new employee the training involved to get them up to speed on all the systems as well as equipment and customer service was onerous.
This led Matt and Cindy to invest heavily in a resource that could be single point entry, intuitive to operate and do many of the daily tasks automatically; greatly reducing the need for extra personnel and cutting training time drastically.
